Klaudia Wojciechowska

Klaudia specializes in customer relationships, communication, partnership facilitation and new technologies for education and government. She is a trainer and facilitator of LEGO(R) Serious Play. She acted as an external relations manager at Forum Energii (an energy sector think tank), and Proptech Foundation (a real estate technology startup). She led expert networks, cooperated with cultural institutions and NGOs (e.g. the School of Leaders, the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy). She chaired a working group in the Council of the EU during the Polish EU Presidency in 2011. She was a civil servant at the Ministry of National Education in Poland and headed the Center for the Development of the Civil Service Competencies at the National School of Public Administration. Karolina Kulicka

Karolina leads projects and offers consultancy and training in the area of AI, HR and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). She completed her PhD at the State University of New York at Buffalo, USA. Her research interests include fair and ethical AI, algorithmic discrimination and organizational leadership. She held consulting and managerial positions in Poland, Germany, and the USA. Karolina has managed successful implementations of complex IT systems and led large-scale programs of organizational transformation. She represented Poland at international diplomatic fora such as the European Union and the United Nations. She is a certified project manager (Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL 4, MSP, P3O, Change Management) and the of awards and academic scholarships, including International Peace Scholarship, Social Impact Fellowship, UB Humanities Institute Fellowship.
